Welcome to Rory Williams, who joins our group as a new postdoc. Rory completed his PhD with Richard Murray at Caltech where he figured out how to prevent evolution from degrading burdensome genes by designing a synthetic differentiation system. In our group, Rory is interested in accelerating evolution to understand the principles of protein evolution.
